At Prizedrop, we offer a free postal entry route for all eligible competitions and games in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.
This means you can enter without making a purchase and still have an equal chance of winning.
How to Enter for Free
To enter any of our competitions or games for free, simply send a postcard or letter including the following details:
- Full Name
- Full Postal Address
- Email Address
- Contact Telephone Number
- The name of the competition or game you wish to enter

Important Entry Rules
- Only one entry per envelope or postcard
- Entries must be handwritten (no printed or bulk entries)
- Entries must be legible and complete
- Entries must be received before the competition closing date
- Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be disqualified
- Postal entries are processed within 3–5 working days of receipt
How Postal Entries Work
- Each valid postal entry will be converted into the equivalent number of entries/tickets for the selected competition or game
- Postal entries are entered into the system with equal weighting to paid entries
- All outcomes are determined at the point of entry, and any animations are for visual purposes only
Fair Play & Equal Chance
All valid entries — whether submitted via payment or post — have an equal chance of winning.
We do not give preference to paid entries.
Abuse & Fair Usage
To ensure fairness for all participants:
- Bulk, automated, or mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted
- Multiple entries sent in a single envelope will be disqualified
- We reserve the right to refuse entries that appear fraudulent or abusive
